ANALOG CABLE BOXES AND FOR FULL USE REQUIRE THE USER TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO
BASIC EXTENDED/STANDARD ANALOG CABLE.
ANALOG CABLE INCLUDES ALL CHANNELS FROM CHANNEL
TWO THROUGH CHANNELS 2-125. ANALOG CABLE PROVIDERS OFFER TWO DIFFERENT
KINDS OF ANALOG CABLE SERVICES, BASIC ANALOG CABLE AND BASIC
EXTENDED/STANDARD ANALOG CABLE. BASIC ANALOG CABLE INCLUDES CHANNELS 2-13
OR UP TO CHANNELS 2-36 AND USUALLY COSTS ABOUT $10-$15/MONTH. BASIC
EXTENDED CABLE INCLUDES CHANNELS 2-125 AND USUALLY COSTS ABOUT
$30-$40/MONTH. YOU MUST HAVE A VIDEO SIGNAL COMING THROUGH TO RECEIVE ANY
GIVEN CHANNEL AND YOU MUST BE SUBSCRIBED TO BASIC EXTENDED/STANDARD ANALOG
CABLE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL OF THE CHANNELS THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR
AREA.

RETURN THE UNIT WHEN YOU FIND THAT IT DOESN'T WORK FOR THAT PURPOSE,
THEN YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WILL BE VOIDED.

COMPANY MOVES CERTAIN CHANNELS FROM THE 1-125 RANGE INTO THE 126 AND ABOVE
RANGE AND YOU WISH TO RETURN THE UNIT BECASUE OF THIS, THEN YOUR MONEY
BACK GAURANTEE WILL NOT BE HONORED. WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY STATED THAT THESE
UNITS DO NOT WORK ON CHANNELS 126 AND ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
THE ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOUR LOCAL CABLE COMPANY REGARDING THE REASSIGNMENT
OF THEIR RESPECTIVE CHANNELS.

All units come
with a 30 day money back guarantee. If your equipment does not work
properly, simply return it to us within the first 30 days and we'll
either replace it or refund your money. Just contact us for a RMA
number. The $20 shipping and handling fee is non-refundable (these fees
are normally included in the sale price). All items must be returned in
the same condition (with all parts) that they were received in. If you
send your unit back with missing or damaged parts you will be charged
accordingly. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund. Check return policy
below for information on restocking fee.
The products that
we sell are usually in stock and ready to be shipped. If the product you
order is not currently available, we will issue a Back Order and the
product will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 week. If
we expect a lengthy delay ( over 30 days) we will certainly notify you
and of course give you the option of a refund. If the requested
merchandise has been sold out, We may substitute comparable merchandise
of Equal or GREATER value. And of course any substituted merchandise
carries our same 30 Day Money-Back guarantee. ALL of our products are
new, unless they are clearly marked as R.A.N ( Refurbished As New) .

Year & 3 Year Warranty/Return Policy
To be eligible to
return your unit, you must have you must obtain a Return Authorization
number (RMA) before any product can be returned. Email technical support
for authorization. Merchandise must be in "like new and unused
condition", with all accessories, manuals, boxes, a/c adapters, and
original packaging. All returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee
regardless of circumstance. Restocking fee will be waived if you contact
technical support within 72 hours of receiving your unit so that we can
troubleshoot your problem. If you wait past that time period you will be
subject to a $20 restocking fee for the rental use of our descrambler.
Additional charges will be assessed for damaged returns. Merchandise
that comes back with handwriting on it (or it's box) is considered
"damaged". Boxes that have the parental lock set are also considered
damaged, there's no "master reset" code and you must clear the code
before a refund of any kind. Failure to do so will result in your box
being returned to you. The 30 days starts from the order date on your
invoice.
Please be sure to
include a note explaining your exact problem, be as specific as
possible, as well as the brand and model number of the box you normally
use. We have many solutions for just about every cable system and the
more information we have from you, the faster and better we can serve
you.

All trade-in
purchases will not have to pay any restocking fees. You will however pay
the difference of the regular price on the product that you are
